Shipping Information
Orders placed before 12PM Pacific Time on Monday to Friday are typically shipped out the same day. This excludes weekends, holidays and promotional sales. All orders are shipped from our Santa Ana warehouse and includes a tracking number with the exception of wig caps.
We offer FedEX shipping upon request for both domestic and international orders. If you're interested in using this shipping method instead, please contact us.

Coco Wigs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided during checkout.
Customers who have paid for USPS Priority or Express shipping before 12:00PM Pacific Time will ship out the same business day.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned to Coco Wigs we will only provide store credit for the product price; shipping charges will not be included.
